Job Summary:

The Live Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all e-commerce live selling activities This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and external partners (e.g.,Iconify) to ensure accurate setup, smooth operations, and strong sales performance during every live event. The Live Coordinator also analyzes performance data and proposes campaign improvements to boost engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales, Iconify, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on live selling schedules, mechanics, and objectives.
• Ensure all promos, bundles, baskets, item details, and price settings are accurate before and during live sessions.
• Monitor real-time sales, traffic, and live performance data to identify opportunities and issues.
• Collaborate with hosts, brand teams, and platform partners to execute high-quality live selling events.
• Develop and propose new live campaign strategies- including creating baby-friendly live frame concepts-to improve sales, engagement, and the overall parenting/customer experience.
• Track and analyze post-live metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated and knowledgeable about various e-commerce live platforms (Shopee Live, LazLive, TikTok Shop Live, etc.).
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues that may arise during live events.
• Maintain documentation of live schedules, reports, and performance results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience in e-commerce, live selling, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in checking promos, prices, and item configurations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven, with basic skills in interpreting sales and live performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop live platforms
• Can start ASAP.
