Job Description
We are hiring a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, timely rent collection, and proper maintenance. Responsibilities include lease administration, coordinating vendors and repairs, conducting inspections, preparing budgets and financial reports, enforcing building policies, and ensuring legal and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of property management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, basic accounting knowledge, proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office, and a customer-service mindset. Must be organized, proactive, and able to respond to emergencies promptly.
