Job Description

We need a General Accountant to manage the daily financial “heartbeat” of our 100-person team. From ensuring our production staff is paid on time to chasing receivables from the country’s top retailers, you will ensure our financial records are 100% accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage daily data entry, bank reconciliations, and the month-end closing process.
• Retail Accounts Receivable: Monitor and reconcile payments from top retailers, managing deductions, discounts, and credit terms.
• Payroll Excellence: End-to-end processing of payroll for 100 employees (including OT for 90 production staff) and government remittances (SS, PHIC, HDMF).
• Accounts Payable: Manage vendor payments to ensure no disruptions in raw material supply.
• Tax Support: Prepare monthly BIR filings (VAT, Withholding Tax).

Qualifications:

• Education: BS Accountancy.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in General Accounting. Experience with payroll for 50+ people is a plus.
• Attributes: High integrity, extremely organized, and capable of meeting strict government and internal deadlines.
