Job Description
The Culinary Arts Instructor at Laguna College of Business and Arts teaches culinary theory and hands-on lab classes, supervises students in kitchen environments, develops lesson plans, enforces safety and sanitation standards, and helps improve curriculum. Candidates must hold a master’s degree aligned to their specialization, a bachelor’s in a business-related field with specialized culinary training, strong pastry and baking experience, and preferably an NCII in Bread and Pastry Production. Prior higher-education teaching is an advantage. Part-time position; on-site parking provided. Work location: in person.
