Job Description:
- Engage with lessors and secure necessary property documentation.
- Negotiate leases and ensure the completion of contracts.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders for contract renewals.
- Assist in forecasting and pipeline management.
- Resolve lessor-related issues during contract renewal.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year of site acquisition experience.
- Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
