Job Description
LanceSoft Philippines Limited, Inc. is seeking an IT Analyst to enhance our operational efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for improving business processes, conducting user acceptance testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Technology, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience, is required. Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Manila with shifting schedules, including Saturdays.
