Job Description
Landers Superstore seeks a Produce Supervisor in Santa Rosa City. Full-time, on-site role responsible for personnel management, production planning, inventory control, sales analysis and ensuring produce quality and freshness. Duties include weekly/monthly production plans, stock monitoring, reconciling bi-monthly shopping lists, physical counts, scheduling preventive maintenance, training machine users and reporting malfunctions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years supervisory experience (produce preferred), strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, leadership and organizational skills. Reliable commute or relocation required. Please include your expected salary.
