Job Description
LausGroup of Companies seeks a Sales Head to lead and coach the sales team, set and submit sales targets and monthly calendars to the Business Manager, cascade approved plans, monitor prospects and trigger actions, ensure bank and financing transactions follow company standards, prepare and present sales proposals, write new-business proposals and join planning/presentation sessions, and provide one-on-one coaching to sales executives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 8 years relevant experience, strong organizational, planning, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, confident presenter to management and customers, and a valid non-professional driver’s license. Full-time, in-person.
