Job Description
We are seeking a Multi-Platform E-Commerce Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across marketplaces, social commerce, and web channels.
Plan and execute cross-platform marketing, optimize listings and ad campaigns, analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), run A/B tests, and collaborate with merchandising and operations to scale assortment.
3+ years e-commerce growth experience, strong analytics and SQL/Excel skills, familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada), paid social, and conversion rate optimization. Data-driven, proactive, results-oriented.
