Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Baker to join our team at Liberty Flour Mills, Inc. In this role, you will conduct bread and cake tests on flour samples, evaluating baked products for texture, aroma, and taste. You will also measure and record bread volume from laboratory-milled flour while ensuring the baking area remains clean and organized.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering various benefits such as health insurance, company events, and free parking. Supplemental pay includes a 13th-month salary, overtime pay, and bonuses. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Work location: In person.
