Job Description
LIGHT Microfinance is seeking a dedicated IT Technical Support professional to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide first-level technical assistance to employees and end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will ensure the efficient functioning of IT systems through troubleshooting, installations, updates, and maintenance of equipment. Responsibilities also include configuring IT equipment, supporting user access management, and documenting issues and solutions for future reference.
