Job Description
Join Lil People Company as a Field Compliance Specialist, where your primary responsibilities will include conducting field visits to monitor operations, ensuring compliance, and assessing employee performance.
You will implement and enforce company policies, train staff, and identify areas for process optimization. Act as the main contact for operational concerns, ensuring a safe environment for children by performing inspections. Your role will include documenting compliance matters, conducting audits, and preparing detailed reports.
