We are seeking an organized HR and Administrative Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll assistance and daily office operations. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining HRIS, preparing reports, managing benefits documentation, scheduling meetings, liaising with vendors, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 1–3 years HR/administrative experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality.
