Job Description
We are seeking an Associate, Onboarding Operations to manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new employees. You will coordinate documentation, account provisioning, orientation schedules, and cross-team communication to ensure timely, compliant starts. The role involves tracking onboarding metrics, resolving process issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in HR/operations, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office. A proactive, customer-service mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
