Job Description
Provide timely phone and email support to customers on an on-call basis, resolving inquiries, processing orders, and escalating issues to supervisors. Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction during intermittent shifts and emergency coverage.
Requirements: strong communication skills, problem-solving, basic computer literacy, ability to work flexible hours and respond promptly when scheduled. Previous customer service experience preferred.
