Job Description
We are M and J SPI, seeking a Technology Analyst / IT Assistant Manager to oversee daily IT operations and lead our IT team. This role encompasses technical support and strategic planning to enhance system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage IT infrastructure and systems.
- Assist with IT projects and team coordination.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Plan and implement technology upgrades.
- Ensure data security and compliance.
Qualifications: Cisco Certification preferred; 5+ years networking experience; 2-3 years in leadership; Team Lead experience required.
Salary: Php64,00.00 – Php74,00.00/month.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
