Job Description
M-Commerce Corporation seeks an E‑Commerce Operations Specialist to manage shop and campaign operations. You will create listings and ensure ERP accuracy; monitor warehouse stock and replenish channels; supervise CSR quality and SOPs; maintain account health; and build order forecasts. Lead end‑to‑end campaigns across platforms (TT/SHP/LAZ), develop pricing, merchandising and bundles, coordinate sourcing and logistics, and optimize livestream scripts and offers to meet daily run rates. Required: 2–5 years in e‑commerce (FMCG, beauty, marketplace preferred), strong campaign/pricing knowledge, advanced Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas), excellent English communication, highly organized, and proactive problem-solver. Job Type: Full‑time. Pay: Php30,00–Php40,00/month. Work Location: In person.
