Job Description
We are seeking a Process Expert fluent in Spanish to optimize operational workflows, document SOPs, and train cross-functional teams. You will analyze process performance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet quality and KPI targets. Required: native or professional Spanish, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, 3+ years in process improvement or operations, experience with Lean/Six Sigma preferred, and excellent communication.
