Job Description
MAKATI BUSINESS CENTRAL FOODS CORP. is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage our recruitment and selection process. The successful candidate will ensure we attract suitable applicants while adhering to JTC Company hiring standards.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws.
- Experience with HRIS or HRMS.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
