Job Description
Makimura Ramen Corp. is hiring an HR Officer. Responsibilities include daily HR operations, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and orientation, maintaining employee records, monitoring attendance and timekeeping, assisting payroll and benefits administration, handling basic employee relations, coordinating training and engagement, and preparing HR reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; 2–3 years HR experience preferred; basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes; strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; MS Office proficiency; familiarity with HRIS/timekeeping systems advantageous; detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Php16,00 – Php17,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
