Job Description
Join our team at Lica Land Management as a Collection Assistant! We are seeking a dedicated individual responsible for managing past due accounts and collecting payments from tenants and clients. The ideal candidate will promptly contact tenants/clients, send demand letters and notices, and process disconnection and reconnection requests. You will also secure transmittals for every endorsement and monitor incoming and outgoing letters and documentation. This is a full-time position.
