Job Description
MANGO Clothing Brand seeks an Assistant Store Manager for Alabang Town Center. Full-time, in-person role focused on driving sales, increasing foot traffic, coaching and motivating the sales team, maintaining visual merchandising and daily operations, and supporting the Store Manager. You will handle customer concerns, analyze trends, conduct staff evaluations, and uphold brand standards. Requirements: 2+ years store managerial experience, Bachelor’s preferred, strong leadership and communication, customer-focused, and willing to travel (100%). Compensation Php23,00/month plus commissions; benefits include employee discount, flexible schedule, pay raises and promotion opportunities.
