Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Non-Voice/Chat Agent to join our team at Manila HiresPH. This full-time, permanent position requires handling customer inquiries professionally, documenting interactions, and staying updated on company services.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to work on-site, and attending interviews on location. Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.
The monthly pay ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00, with additional benefits such as health and life insurance, flexible schedules, and opportunities for promotion. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift and weekends off.
