Job Description
Join our team as a Relationship Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong client partnerships, growing a portfolio, and delivering tailored financial solutions. You will identify client needs, cross-sell products, manage onboarding and service issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in banking or corporate/client-facing sales, excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred. Ability to meet targets and develop long-term relationships is essential.
