Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our condominium team. As the first point of contact, you will ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors professionally.
• Handle calls, inquiries, and resident requests effectively.
• Maintain security protocols and organize the reception area.
• Manage mail and parcel distribution.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma; hospitality-related degree is an advantage.
