Job Description
Marriott International seeks a full-time Banquet Manager at Clark Marriott Hotel, Mabalacat, Philippines. Lead and inspire banquet teams; ensure high-quality service; oversee financial and administrative duties including asset protection. Manage operations: forecast supplies, control beverage costs, maintain inventory and hygiene, schedule staff, and enforce policies. Build group relationships, handle guest feedback, deliver trainings, coordinate with kitchen, and implement corrective actions. Requirements: HS diploma/GED and minimum 2 years’ banquet/catering experience. Marriott is an equal opportunity employer.
