Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Supervisor to lead campaign planning, supervise a small marketing team, and coordinate digital and offline initiatives. You will develop strategies to increase brand awareness, analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales and creative teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing, strong leadership, communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM. A degree in Marketing or related field is preferred. This role requires creative thinking, project management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
