Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage vendor invoices, process payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records. You will match purchase orders, resolve invoice discrepancies, assist with month-end closes, and communicate with vendors. Requirements: 1–2 years of AP experience, proficiency with accounting software/ERP and Excel, attention to detail, strong organization, and clear communication skills.
