Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will audit café and kiosk operations for food safety, sanitation, and quality. Conduct facility, equipment and waste audits, verify documentation and production, investigate complaints, and recommend corrective actions. Requires a Bachelor’s in Food Technology or related, at least 1 year restaurant audit experience, and knowledge of GMP, HACCP and FSSC. Strong communication, critical thinking and analytical skills. Store-based assignments across South Area (Alabang, San Pedro, Sta. Rosa, Batangas), up to 75% travel. Full-time; benefits include extra leave, employee discount and health insurance.
