Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Develop strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of construction market trends, B2B sales strategies, sales pipelines, and CRM tools.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and market analysis tools
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Trading and Construction
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
