Job Description
As a Product Specialist, you will be the main contact for patients using the Prima Card, ensuring a smooth clinic experience. Your responsibilities include processing payments, verifying patient information, managing clinic services related to Prima, and endorsing Prima members for services. You will also prepare reports and maintain accurate records while adhering to the Data Protection Act.
Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year course, proficient in healthcare software, excellent communication skills, and familiar with customer service protocols. Amenable to project-based employment.
