Job Description
Maxicare Health Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Product Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding the Prima Card. In this role, you will assist patients with inquiries, process payments, verify information, and manage clinic services. You will also endorse Prima members and maintain accurate records in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Computer proficient in healthcare software & electronic health records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with administrative, sales, and customer service protocols.
- Amenable to project-based employment.
Job Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
