Job Description
Maxicare Health Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Product Specialist to serve as the main point of contact for patients using the Prima Card. This role includes assisting patients with inquiries, processing payments, verifying patient details, and managing clinic services related to Prima. You will ensure efficient patient experiences, maintain compliance with the Data Protection Act, and prepare reports.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, proficient in computer skills, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Fixed term (12 months) | Pay: From Php20,00.00/month | Schedule: 8-hour shift | Language: English (Preferred)
