Job Description
Join Maxicare as Clinic Operations Associate (Customer Care Representative). Greet patients, verify HMO coverage, record vitals/ECGs, assist doctors, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, maintain supplies/reports, and follow clinic protocols. Requirements: medical-allied graduate (BS Nursing preferred), First Aid an advantage, clinic experience preferred, strong communicator, computer literate, detail-oriented, willing to work rotational shifts.
