Job Description
Maxim de Humana International Inc. seeks 36 Molding Operators for full-time, in-person work at Gateway Business Park, General Trias, Cavite. Candidates may be High School graduates, junior/senior high school, college undergraduates, or vocational graduates. Experience is optional but advantageous in manufacturing. Requirements: 20/20 vision, willingness to work shifts (day/night), overtime, and prolonged standing. Benefits include free medical, free uniform, position allowance, government-mandated benefits, and health insurance. Perfect attendance incentives: Regular employees receive PHP 300 quarterly and PHP 1,00 annually; probationary employees receive 10kg rice (up to 6 months); probationary and regular employees receive 2.5kg rice monthly.
