Job Description
We seek a dynamic Process Improvement Specialist to analyze, design and implement improvements across McAsia Food Trade Corporation. Responsibilities include process analysis, data collection and trend analysis, process mapping to reveal bottlenecks, developing solutions (workflow streamlining, automation, waste elimination), cross-functional implementation, performance monitoring and reporting to management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering or related), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work independently and in teams, and proficiency with process-mapping software. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: Php25,00–Php30,00/month. Benefit: promotion to permanent employee. Work Location: On-site.
