Job Description
MedRisk LLC is seeking a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant to provide vital administrative support to the Chief of Staff and senior executives. This role, based in the Philippines, requires full overlap with US Eastern Time zone, working Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing professional meeting invites, tracking follow-ups, and organizing internal materials. Ideal candidates will have 2–3+ years of experience in administrative roles, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
