Job Description
Meera Enterprises Inc. seeks a full-time Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations, complete reports, lead opening/closing procedures, and supervise staff. You will assist hiring, training, and evaluating managers; implement sales, marketing, and merchandising strategies; maintain inventory and personnel records; ensure store cleanliness and safety; and attend corporate meetings. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, composure under pressure, and at least 1 year of store management experience. Benefits include employee discount and health insurance.
