Job Description
Join our team as Purchasing Staff to manage procurement and support daily operations. You will source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, issue and track purchase orders, monitor inventory levels, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement records. Coordinate with internal teams to forecast needs, resolve supplier issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; 1+ year of procurement experience; strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory systems; detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
