Job Description
We are hiring a Duty Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, supervising staff, coordinating departments, handling complaints and emergencies, maintaining safety and quality standards, managing shift reports and inventory, and supporting training and scheduling. Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in hospitality, retail, or operations, proven leadership, excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Must be flexible with shifts and available on weekends. Competitive salary and benefits.
