Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Applications Associate to manage customer payments, daily cash posting, and unapplied cash resolution.
Responsibilities include matching remittances to invoices, reconciling payment batches, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with AR and banking teams to ensure accurate ledger entries.
Requirements: 1-2 years in accounts receivable or cash applications, proficiency with ERP systems and Excel, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
