Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Travel and Expense Associate to manage corporate travel bookings, process employee expense reports, enforce travel policy compliance, reconcile invoices, and liaise with vendors. The ideal candidate has one to three years’ experience in travel coordination or expense management, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Responsibilities include booking travel, auditing receipts, submitting expense reports, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end reconciliations.
