Job Description

As a Tier 2 Support Agent, you’ll assist users with account and login issues, provide basic product navigation, and address general queries.
Your role will also include troubleshooting common app behaviors, clarifying incident information, and resolving simple account or subscription issues.
This part-time position offers a monthly pay of Php22,00.00 – Php23,00.00 with benefits such as work-from-home options and a night shift schedule.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure
