Job Description
Responsible for achieving sales targets of assigned concession stores through manpower, inventory, merchandising and operations management. Monitor weekly sales, analyze reports and trends to recommend improvements; coordinate staffing with HR; optimize inventory and merchandise mix per store; conduct weekly sales promotions and office days; perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or Accountancy; minimum 2 years retail/sales/operations experience; knowledge of concession procedures, inventory control and sales order processing; proficient in English and Filipino; strong administrative, time-management and interpersonal skills. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Php18,00–25,00/month. Benefits: company Christmas gift, events, employee discount. Work Location: In person.
