Job Description
Join Metacom BPO Alabang as a Chat/Email Support Specialist! You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and resolving complaints efficiently.
No experience is needed as we offer comprehensive training. We are looking for friendly individuals with good communication skills, ideally fluent in English. Applicants must be Filipino citizens or have relevant residency and possess at least a high school diploma.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00 to Php25,00 per month, along with benefits like health insurance and paid leaves.
