Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with telecom services including mobile plans, internet, and cable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
- Meet performance targets related to productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately.

Requirements:
