Job Description
MetaCommunications seeks a Travel Reservation Agent (Back Office). Responsibilities: handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email; assist bookings, billing, and technical issues; document interactions and follow processes. Qualifications: Senior High School or higher, BPO experience optional, strong spoken/written English, basic computer skills, shift work (including weekends/holidays), onsite. Job type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate. Salary Php18,00–25,00/month. Benefits: leave, Christmas gift, flexible hours, free parking, gym, health insurance, paid training, promotion.
