Job Description
MetaCommunications is hiring an Entry-Level Non-Voice Representative to handle incoming customer chats and emails, assist with inquiries, complaints, and requests, provide accurate information, and log interaction details in the system. Candidates must be high school graduates or higher; BPO experience is optional (training provided). Basic English communication is required. This full-time, fresh-graduate position is onsite in Manila with shifting schedules. Salary: Php18,00–25,00/month. Benefits include paid training, health insurance, additional leave, on-site parking, company Christmas gift, pay raises, promotion opportunities and conversion to permanent employment. Successful applicants must follow company policies and meet daily performance and quality targets.
