Job Description
Join MetaCommunications as an Entry-Level Content Moderator – Chat and Email. You will answer incoming chats and calls, assist customers with inquiries, complaints and requests, provide clear accurate information, log call/chat details, follow company policies, and meet daily performance and quality targets. Qualifications: high school graduate or higher, fresh graduates welcome, BPO experience optional (training provided), basic English communication, willing to work onsite in Manila and on shifting schedules. Job type: Full-time. Salary: Php18,00–25,00/month. Benefits: additional leave, company Christmas gift, health insurance, on-site parking, paid training, promotion opportunities, pay raises and possible permanent employment. Work location: in person.
