Job Description
Job Summary:
Join MetTech DataTech as a Ticketing Agent, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience is a plus (training provided).
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Evening shifts, and Rotational shifts
